The General Information Session is the first step in the UHCHI registration process. We will give you a detailed breakdown of our program, the certificates you will earn, and other vital information. To wrap things off, we will give you a tour of our kitchen, classroom, and offices. You will also be able to meet your chef instructors and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have before enrolling.
